Membership

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the platform in accordance with these terms and applicable laws

Membership Contributions

Membership contributions are used to support the mission of The Ownership Generation, including:

• Funding for Black-owned businesses through our initiative programs
• Operating costs to maintain and grow the movement
• Building reserves for long-term sustainability

Contributions are not investments and do not entitle members to any financial return, equity, or ownership stake in any funded businesses. Members contribute to support the collective mission, not for personal financial gain.

Refund Policy

Membership contributions are generally non-refundable. If you need to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time, and you will retain access to member benefits through the end of your current billing period. Business Funding Applications

Submitting a business funding application does not guarantee funding. All applications are reviewed based on criteria established by The Ownership Generation. Funding decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of our team. We are not obligated to provide feedback on rejected applications.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform to promote competing services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The Ownership Generation name, logo, website content, and related materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
